A delegation from the Ministry of Defence of the Kingdom of Norway, led by Kjersti Klæboe, Deputy Director General and Chief of the Directorate for International Defence Policy in the Ministry of Defence of the Kingdom of Norway, will visit the Republic of Macedonia on November 19 (Wednesday). During the visit the Norwegian delegation will visit the Medical Training Centre in the Military Health Service in Skopje where the ceremony for the official handover of medical equipment intended for medical training will be carried out. The equipment-subject to donation is with a total value of about 57,000 Euros. The ceremony will be held in the Military Hospital Skopje on 19 November (Wednesday) in the period from 17:30 to 18:30. After the handover ceremony, talks between representatives from the MOD of Norway and the MOD of the Republic of Macedonia will be held and during those talks several topics will be touched of mutual interest:

Military-Medical Cooperation
Bilateral cooperation (During the activity the Bilateral Cooperation Plan for 2008 will be harmonized and subsequently will be signed)
Regional cooperation in the context of SEEC, A-3, SEDM and etc.

This visit represents one more confirmation for the excellent cooperation in the field of defence established between the MOD of the Republic of Macedonia and the MOD of Norway.
