Dear young friends, students at the Faculty of Law,
I am honored that I am with you today, in the moment when you step out as majors, serious and responsible, future academic citizens.
It is a large pleasure to be among youths who, this year probably have made the most serious choice in life, the choice of their future profession.
Even from here I can feel your excitement. I fully understand you because in “only” twenty and some years ago I would have the same feeling. At 18 the beginning of the studies is the greatest challenge, to which I am convinced you will approach without doubt and will show determination, and conceit to successfully complete your serious project.
You carry your success in you. It is here, in your potential, in your ambition and energy, in your consistence, responsibility and decisiveness. Your successes will make you proud. Don’t be let down by defeats, they are components of life. Be persistent and turn them into victories.

The Government of the Republic of Macedonia in its program has approached the education fully committed.
Education is one of our most important reform projects, since education is power, your individual, but it also adds to the power of the country. Young people, armed with knowledge and skills for managing and handling serious professional tasks. That is the greatest potential for one country.
The Republic of Macedonia needs your energy and your knowledge, therefore try and give it to your country. But, above all, try for your selves, for your personal happiness, contentment and completeness. Because of your family and moment when you will show them your diploma, when you will tell your friends that you are a one with a degree in law who wants to change the world. And change it, since only changes lead to progress.
You are the future students, lawyers, legal experts, ministers, MPs, mayors. No matter where your professional or life road will take you to, what you do, do it the best you can, respect your efforts, and knowledge and cherish your country. One part of the best in you, devote it to Macedonia. Be optimists, happy and proud people. I wish you lots of success and only success with no exception. Because you can.
