From yesterday, January 28, 2010 година, a delegation from the US European Command (EUCOM) is in a two-day working visit of the Republic of Macedonia and the ARM, led by Brigade General Joe Ramirez, who is carrying out the duty of Deputy Chief of the Sector for Planning (J-5) in the US European Command.

Today, in the framework of the visit, the delegation visited the units that are in the composition of the Joint Operations Command of the ARM: Military Police Battalion and the Air WING, as well as the Special Operations Regiment, in the Ilinden barracks in Skopje, where they attended a demonstration exercise with content from the training of this unit.

During the meetings, the guests were informed about the missions, tasks, equipment and future plans of the units, where experience was exchanged in the field of training and planning.

During the stay in the Republic of Macedonia, the EUCOM delegation had the opportunity to visit part of the cultural-historical legacy of the Republic of Macedonia.
