Today, in the framework of the visit of the “Chede Filiposki Dame” barracks in Kichevo, Minister of Defence Zoran Konjanovski held a direct conference video communication with the members of the Macedonian contingent in Afghanistan in the ISAF mission.

Through the established link the Macedonian peacekeepers in Kabul had the opportunity to directly speak with Minister Konjanovski and with the mayor of the municipality of Kichevo, Blagoja Despotoski, who wished them luck during their whole stay in Afghanistan and safe return home.

- We would like to wish a happy new year to the members of our contingent, but also to see the members of both contingents because the handover of duties is being carried out for the new contingent rotation, which left a few days ago, stated the Minister of Defence Zoran Konjanovski.
