Instructors from the NATO Joint Operational Command Naples starting 08.03.2010, will be conducting an ARM NCO course on the topic NCO NATO led operations whose purpose is to improve the preparation of the NCOs from the ARM units and commands for leading joint operations with the partners in conducting missions. The course is conducted in the Regional Training Communications Center with the NCOs from all ARM commands and units of the GS and it is to end on 12.03.2010. The course will be opened by the Master Sergeant Boban Stojanovik, Main ARM NCO who underlined the importance of the role and preparation of the NCOs in conducting missions and joint operations with the NATO partners. The Main ARM NCO, Boban Stojanovik, underlined that the mission of this course would be to improve the managing skills of small units in conducting the ARM unit training program. He also reminded the course attendants that they will be responsible for transferring and sharing the acquired knowledge with the rest of the NCOs in the ARM units, and moreover inform their superiors for the lessons learned during this course. The topics of discussion during the working week of the course will be from the domain of the Legislation and the Regulations of Armed Conflict where our members will acquire the latest knowledge. The course schedule will cover the topics concerning the role of the NCOS in the units in conditions of internal and external crisis management in detail so that the role of the superiors in the units would make the right decisions to overcome the abovementioned. By completing all topics of the course one great contribution for the course attendants would be the information concerning the role of the NCO as a leader in conducting the shape up programs and making true ethical decisions in working with people. |
