Abstract: In this work, in the focus of the scientific elaboration the basic elements are the conflicts, them defining, classification (from the study by Johan Galtung) with the special attention on the conflicts of social dimension, conflicts of power and conflicts with world dimensions and interpersonal conflicts. The third logical and unavoidable segment is addicted to the conflict resolution in its three periods: before the violence, in the time of the violence and after the violence, supported in the study of the newest theoretical explication from the one of the most famous peacemakers in the contemporary world - Johan Galtung.

Abstract: In the work "Security challenges after Ohrid agreement " are elaborated standpoints for possible development of the general and particular security condition in the country. The basic thesis in this work is that a part of manifested forms and shapes of the conflict behaviour in the clashes with the Kacack's structures by the inertions or by plan, will be transmitted and in the period after establishing the political solution in connection with it. They will be challenged by the disagreeing of the political agreement decisions and for realisation of long-lasting strategic options with extreme variants related to the stateness or organising the relations between the community in the Republic of Macedonia.

Abstract: With the disintegration of former Yugoslavia and the independence of the republics and their constituting as sovereign and independent states, along with the great number of issues having been solved in the past, one of the most significant was the issue related to state borders. The biggest problems emerged from the fact that the borders between the republics within the SFRY were not precisely defined and regulated by specific documentation. On February 23, 2001 it was signed by the Presidents of the both states Agreement between the Republic of Macedonia and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia on Demarcation and Extension of the State Border
According to some analysts, the signing and ratification of the Agreement on demarcation of the state border between the Republic of Macedonia and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, including the part with Kosovo, was one of the incentives for the terrorist action in the village of Tanusevci
The ethnic conflict in Macedonia is a part of territorial pretensions and aspirations planned long ago and rooted in the still existing dreams for great states, typical for the Balkans. It seems that the requests for greater human and ethnic rights that are founded as in the case of any minority in the world, is only a screen for other plans and requests that are becoming more and more crystal clear.

Chromatographic Study Of The Ammonium Nitrat Explosives Used In The Economy

Abstract: In this study deals with researches of ammonium nitrate exsplosives.
The examinations were carried out to determine the decrease in mass of ammonium nitrate through accelerating the ageing process due to higher temperatures. After a treatment by using higher temperatures the decrease of mass was determined by liquid chromatography. By applying other methods (method for determining Brisance, speed of detonation, senzitivity to initiation) the gained results can be used to determine the age and the usage of the explosive substance.

Abstract: In writing from occupational aspect is elaborised question about usage of transport helicopters, with idea of wider familiarization with that problem and determination of adequate place of transport helicopter units in unique system of defense of Republic of Macedonia.
Thry empiric methods, above all thry analysis of available contents are collected information and in the writing are explained possible acceptable methods of usage of transport helicopter units in Republic of Macedonia.Defined are theoretical basis about the concept, role, purpose and tasks of tansport helicopter units in general, while exact objectification of usage will depend from: the definition of Army of Republic of Macedonia; place and role of Air Force and Air Defence also aviation in which frames is normal to anticipate that would be formed helicopter units.

Abstract: The organizational-functional structure and the necessary transformation in the civil defence system of the United States of America are the issues, which form the analysis presented in this text. The text establishes a theoretical basis for the global picture analysis of the treatment of civil defence in the earlier period and particularly after the terrorist attacks from September 11. The authors stress the old as well as the new inconsistencies in the treatment of civil defence. Therefore, once again they raise the issue about the necessary transformation in organizational-functional structure of the civil defence system in the United States of America.

The systems for collective security and defense appeared at a certain level of the social development, that is, with the development of the national state. They have their own historical development, and are therefore classified and institutionalized accordingly.

Concept Of Societal Security Dilemma And National Security Of The Republic Of Macedonia

Abstract: This article seeks to pull together the concept of societal security dilemma and the national security of the Republic of Macedonia. First, it will discuss some of the ways in which the societal security has been defined. Second, it will concentrate on the work of those writers who have conceived of "ethnic security dilemmas" and "insecurity dilemmas" occurring at the intrastate level. Third, it will both introduce and further develop the concept of the "(inter-) societal security dilemma" as a possibly more productive way of explaining the outbreak of the ethnic violence. Finally, it will suggest some possible answers for resolving the problem of societal security dilemma in the Republic of Macedonia.

Abstract: Although the practice of economic warfare has been as old as the practice of the classical way of using force, the increased interest for its research appears after the ending of the World War II, when many countries formed specialized scientific-research institutions for research in this field. Thus, the enlarged interests have caused permanent study of the economic warfare, as well as all the other circumstances that have created certain relations as a basic mark and feature of the contemporary world. Furthermore, the economic development will have a central position in the creation and development of the armed forces. Due to this Fredrik Engels argues: "Victory of the forces is an outcome of the production of weaponry and the production of weaponry on the other hand is due to the production as a whole that is the economic power, the state in the economy and the material means which are on disposal of the power".

Development Of The Interactive Multimedia Learning System In The Subject Computer Science In Military Academy

Abstract: This paper deals with the theoretical acknowledgements for learning systems on a conceptual level and the methodology for complete development of multimedia learning systems (MLS). For the realization of MLS, standards for optimal characteristics of different multimedia components have been defined. The architecture of the MLS consists of a managing subsystem in Visual Basic and a subsystem of resources that consists of HTML documents and Access database. The universality of the system is in the managing subsystem and in the created database. By using this methodology, MLS is realized in Computer Science in Military academy.
